I’m Asha Kohli —

a daughter of the earth, a steward of sacred ways, a student of the body, and a guide for those remembering how to feel, move, and express from a place of deep inner knowing.

I hold space at the intersection of movement, folk medicine, and creative practices.

My work is about coming home to your inner knowing by way of your body.

Embodiment practices, earth-based rituals, and acts of creativity hold the keys to helping us return to our true essence, our intuition, and sense of belonging in this world.

I believe healing happens in the body first,

and that our vessels are the keepers of all the answers that we seek in life.

Through Kohlibri Creative, I support seekers, sensitive souls, creatives, caretakers, and those at a crossroads in life, who are ready to remember what’s sacred, embrace their inherited gifts, deepen their intuition, reclaim their authority, and live with more rhythm, reverence, and resilience.

My path is shaped by years of study in ancestral healing lineages, plant spirit medicine, somatic movement, and the cycles of nature.

Through the body, I listen.

Through the earth, I remember.

Through movement, I return home — again and again.

I am ancestrally rooted in the wisdom of both India and the Andes, though my training spans continents and traditions, woven into a unique tapestry of embodiment and remembrance.

I live and practice on the ancestral lands of the Pomo and Coast Miwok peoples — land that continues to teach me through her winds, her waters, her lush and wild wonder.

I bow to the original stewards of this place and to the lineages that have held rituals, ceremonies, stewardship, and earth connection as sacred since time immemorial.

I give deepest thanks to the Indigenous Andean and Amazonian teachers who have shaped me — human and more-than-human — and to the ancient lineage holders who carry memory in their bones.

I have been walking the Green Path under the guidance of my maestra Francisca Santibanez, and many beloved Wise Plant Teachers, for the last seven years (and counting).

I weave these ways as I walk with intention on the Red Road with devotion, having been entrusted as a pipe (canupa) carrier under the guidance of Elder Millard Murphy and Lakota Chief Norman, whose teachings on prayer, presence, walking in a good way, and the sacredness of every step continue to ripple through my life and work.

This path is not mine alone.

It is a braid, a sacred weaving, of earth, story, and spirit — held with humility and great care.
